I’m Holly Parr, founder of Capacity Speech Therapy, where I take a creative, flexible, and family-centered approach to speech therapy. As a speech-language pathologist with over 14 years of experience, I specialize in providing in-home and community-based services as unique as the children and families I work with. I believe in tailoring each session to fit your family's real-life needs and goals, helping you not just survive, but truly thrive.

I’m a proud Minnesotan, raised in Maple Grove, with degrees from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. I hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and am licensed by both the Minnesota Department of Health and Education. My experience spans all ages, from infants to adults, giving me a well-rounded view of communication across the lifespan. Outside of therapy, I’m in Plymouth with my family, cheering at sports events, enjoying outdoor activities, or relaxing at our cabin.

I believe in empowering parents through coaching, encouraging self-confidence, and bringing a fresh perspective to every session. I don’t just help children communicate better; I help families build stronger connections and lasting skills that go beyond speech.
