building YOURÂ capacity to strengthen communication and connection from the comfort of your own home
Do you accept insurance?
At Capacity Speech Therapy, we are an out-of-network provider. This allows us to offer more flexibility and creativity in our sessions, focusing on what matters most—maximizing the time and support for children and families, without the constraints of insurance and qualification requirements.

We accept payment at the time of service via cash, check, or credit card (including HSA/FSA) through the Ivy Pay app.

While we don’t bill insurance directly, we can provide a Superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What can I expect from the speech therapy sessions?
Each session is carefully tailored to meet the unique needs of your child and family. Guided by evidence-based early intervention practices, we focus on integrating therapy into everyday routines. Instead of bringing a set of toys or therapy materials, we use your home or natural environment to create meaningful, real-life learning opportunities.

Parents, caregivers, and siblings are encouraged to participate, as we believe you are your child's best teacher. Our approach emphasizes coaching, demonstration, and training to help you build the CAPACITY to support your child’s communication and social-emotional development.
What are your fees?
Fees are tailored to your child's and family's specific needs for both evaluation and therapy services. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate in advance, ensuring complete transparency and no surprises. Payment is collected at the time of service—there are no bills sent later. For more details, please contact us.
My child didn't qualify for school-based services, will he be eligible through Capacity Speech Therapy?
Unlike schools, we aren't restricted by strict eligibility requirements. Instead, we focus on your child's unique needs and work with you to determine if Capacity Speech Therapy is the right fit. If it’s not, we are happy to provide resources or referrals to other community-based practices that may better suit your family.
What ages do you serve?
Our passion is working with young children (birth through age five) who benefit from family-centered support in natural environments. However, we also specialize in speech sound disorders for elementary and middle school-aged children, adjusting our treatment approach to meet their needs. In addition, we offer consultation, advocacy, and screen time wellness support for families of children of all ages.
Do you offer group classes for parents?
Absolutely! Our services are fully customizable to meet your needs. Gather a few friends or neighbors, and we can host a discussion on a topic of your choice, all from the comfort of your living room. For more details, please visit our services page.
